Campaigns let you send targeted messages to groups of contacts. Sequences extend this into multi-step drip campaigns — automated messages sent over time to nurture leads through your funnel.

One-time sends to a segment of contacts.

  • Send a single email or message to a group
  • Target by segment (e.g., “All leads from last month”)
  • Track opens, clicks, and replies
  • Best for announcements, promotions, newsletters
  1. Navigate to CRM → Campaigns

  2. Click “New Campaign”

  3. Choose your audience:

    • Select a Segment (e.g., “Hot Leads”, “New Contacts”)
    • Or choose individual contacts
  4. Write your message:

    • Email subject and body
    • Or a message template for WhatsApp/Telegram
  5. Schedule or send immediately

  6. Review the preview and confirm

  1. Navigate to CRM → Sequences

  2. Click “New Sequence”

  3. Add steps:

    • Step 1: Day 0 — Welcome message
    • Step 2: Day 3 — Follow-up with value
    • Step 3: Day 7 — Offer or call to action
  4. Set enrollment criteria:

    • Manual enrollment
    • Auto-enroll when contact matches a segment
    • Auto-enroll when a trigger fires (e.g., form submitted)
  5. Activate the sequence

Email

Full HTML email with your brand template. Supports personalization tokens (name, company, etc.).

WhatsApp

Text message sent to contacts’ WhatsApp numbers. Requires WhatsApp integration active.

Telegram

Message via your Telegram bot integration.

Use tokens in your message content to personalize at scale:

After sending, the campaign detail page shows:

For sequences, track each step:

  • How many contacts are on each step
  • Drop-off rate between steps
  • Conversion events (reply, appointment booked, etc.)

Campaigns integrate with Segments so you can target precisely:

  • “All contacts from Instagram with no appointment”
  • “Leads created in the last 30 days”
  • “Contacts tagged ‘VIP’”
