Reach Your Audience at Scale CRM Feature
Section titled “Reach Your Audience at Scale ”Campaigns let you send targeted messages to groups of contacts. Sequences extend this into multi-step drip campaigns — automated messages sent over time to nurture leads through your funnel.

Campaigns vs. Sequences
Section titled “Campaigns vs. Sequences”One-time sends to a segment of contacts.
- Send a single email or message to a group
- Target by segment (e.g., “All leads from last month”)
- Track opens, clicks, and replies
- Best for announcements, promotions, newsletters
Multi-step automated drips triggered by enrollment.
- Define a series of messages with delays between them
- Contacts move through automatically
- Stop when they reply or convert
- Best for lead nurturing, onboarding, follow-up series
Creating a Campaign
Section titled “Creating a Campaign”-
Navigate to CRM → Campaigns

Click “New Campaign”

Choose your audience:
- Select a Segment (e.g., “Hot Leads”, “New Contacts”)
- Or choose individual contacts

Write your message:
- Email subject and body
- Or a message template for WhatsApp/Telegram

Schedule or send immediately

Review the preview and confirm
Creating a Sequence
Section titled “Creating a Sequence”-
Navigate to CRM → Sequences

Click “New Sequence”

Add steps:
- Step 1: Day 0 — Welcome message
- Step 2: Day 3 — Follow-up with value
- Step 3: Day 7 — Offer or call to action

Set enrollment criteria:
- Manual enrollment
- Auto-enroll when contact matches a segment
- Auto-enroll when a trigger fires (e.g., form submitted)

Activate the sequence
Message Types
Section titled “Message Types”Text message sent to contacts’ WhatsApp numbers. Requires WhatsApp integration active.
Telegram
Message via your Telegram bot integration.
Personalization
Section titled “Personalization”Use tokens in your message content to personalize at scale:

- “All contacts from Instagram with no appointment”
- “Leads created in the last 30 days”
- “Contacts tagged ‘VIP’”
