Your AI assistant creates lead records automatically when it detects qualifying intent in a conversation:

  1. Visitor initiates chat on your website or channel
  2. AI detects buying/inquiry intent (“I’m looking for pricing”, “Can you help me with X”)
  3. AI qualifies — asks for name, email, company, and key interest details
  4. Lead created in CRM with all collected data and the full conversation transcript

Leads progress through stages:

New → Contacted → Qualified → Converted → [Contact created]
Lost (not interested or unresponsive)

When a lead is Converted, a Contact is automatically created with all the lead’s information. The lead record is archived.

  1. Navigate to CRM → Leads

  2. Review new leads — sorted by creation date with AI score

  3. Open a lead to see the conversation transcript and collected details

  4. Assign to a team member for follow-up

  5. Update the stage as you progress (Contacted → Qualified)

  6. Convert to Contact when ready to start a formal relationship

The AI assigns each lead a score based on:

  • Completeness of information (email, company, etc.)
  • Expressed interest level
  • Budget or timeline signals
  • Channel quality (website vs. cold social)

Higher scores = higher priority leads to follow up with first.

By Status

View all New leads, Contacted leads, or Qualified leads ready to convert.

By Source

Filter leads from a specific channel (Instagram, website chat, Telegram, etc.).

By Score

Sort by AI qualification score to prioritize high-value prospects.

By Assignee

See all leads assigned to a specific team member.

Use Campaigns & Sequences to automatically nurture leads:

  • Enroll new leads in a drip sequence
  • Send follow-up messages at Day 1, Day 3, Day 7
  • Stop the sequence when they reply or book an appointment
