Leads progress through stages:
New → Contacted → Qualified → Converted → [Contact created] ↓Lost (not interested or unresponsive)When a lead is Converted, a Contact is automatically created with all the lead’s information. The lead record is archived.

Review new leads — sorted by creation date with AI score
Open a lead to see the conversation transcript and collected details
Assign to a team member for follow-up
Update the stage as you progress (Contacted → Qualified)
Convert to Contact when ready to start a formal relationship
The AI assigns each lead a score based on:
