Sort and filter by status, assignee, or due date.

  1. Navigate to CRM → Tasks

  2. Click “New Task”

  3. Fill in the details:

    • Title (what needs to be done)
    • Description (optional context)
    • Due date
    • Assignee (team member or unassigned)
    • Priority (Low / Medium / High)
    • Linked contact (optional)
  4. Save — the task appears in the board and the assignee is notified

Your AI assistant creates tasks automatically when configured via the CRM Toolkit plugin. Common triggers:

Each task has a comment thread for team discussion. Use comments to:

  • Log progress notes
  • Ask questions to teammates
  • Record the outcome when marking done

By Assignee

See all tasks assigned to a specific team member or all unassigned tasks.

By Due Date

Filter overdue tasks, tasks due today, or tasks due this week.

By Contact

View all tasks linked to a specific contact from their profile page.

By Priority

Surface high-priority tasks that need immediate attention.
